The Prime Site
The Prime Site is a gimmick website designed to self-generate the biggest prime database available online.
I got inspired to build it because of Numberphile (a Youtube channel).
The project runs under PHP7 and outputs an enormous table for users to see all the prime numbers found so far.
This simultanously tests out the browsers capability to optimize the “above-the-fold” view. We’ll see how browsers respond.
So far I’ve found that Safari on iOS, Chrome and Microsoft Edge work fine with this huge page, the latter does have a little so-called lag.
